The Treehouse at J-heart-Y
Bed & Breakfast
Established in 2015
If you're looking for a 'green' get-away with distinct charm, you may just find it at The Treehouse at J-heart-Y. We're open from May Long weekend to September, Labour Day. 2-night minimum with a small surcharge for single night stays.
Come and experience our contribution to the 'tiny-house' movement in a Treehouse!! Packed into the 100 sq ft space is a kitchen space so you can make coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and toast (there is a bar fridge), a living area, very comfortable Queen bed, and a ladder-accessed loft with a Double bed. Your 'private bathroom' contains a composting toilet and there is an outdoor shower! Find us on FaceBook, @Enderby.Treehouse
ABOUT
A beautiful old cedar supports the structure, perched above a creek running down to a pond. If you love birdsong in the daytime and crickets and frogs at night, you'll be in heaven! The Treehouse was designed with lots of screened windows to let in light, and ahhhhh ... inhale that fresh air!
We will welcome you to The Treehouse with a glass of wine and a snack plate so you can settle and begin your relxation right away! You're in wine country! For your breakfast, we will provide you with all the fixin's, so that you can enjoy your morning repast in your own time and at your leisure.
We are located where the Okanagan meets the Shuswap, and that means recreational paradise for outdoor enthusiasts. Whether you enjoy hiking, cycling, swimming, canoeing, horseback riding - or pretty much anything else in the great outdoors - you will find it all nearby. We are within 30 minutes' drive of half a dozen lakes, and about 15 minutes' drive to the trailhead leading up to the *famous* Enderby Cliffs. If you're into wine-tasting or farmer's markets with fresh local produce and hand-made crafts, we can direct you to nearby estate wineries, and market days in Enderby and surrounding areas. Romantics and retro-lovers might enjoy an evening movie at the Starlight Drive-In (yes, really!)
We are open mid-May to mid-September (weather dependent). Please email enderby.treehouse@gmail.com for further info and available dates.
